Impact Baltimore 2011

A good start on turning this city upside-down for Christ began last summer with Impact Baltimore. Teen Challenge teamed with local and visiting churches to tell the Good News on the streets, in the parks, and in the marketplaces.

An estimated 250 volunteers shared with about 10,000 people on the streets and in outreaches in six city parks and various neighborhoods. We rejoice at 121 known decision prayers, as well as uncounted prayers for deliverance, healing and provision. Many visiting groups and our TC members received great training in street evangelism.

This year’s Impact Baltimore Orientation is planned for June 25. Inner-city outreaches: June 27-July 2; July 10-16, August 7-13. Many local and out-of-state churches and ministries join to make this an effort that shakes the City by the power of the Holy Spirit.
