How to Attend Impact Baltimore
Impact Baltimore accepts applications on a first-come, first-served basis, send registrations to either:

Registration begins on March 1, 2012. To register please visit the week or weeks you would like to participate and download the required form(s).
After submitting the forms someone will contact you to give further details. If you have any questions or concerns please contact the coordinator for the respective week you are interested in attending.
The Process:

Once you have registered, we will send you a trip confirmation letter and additional information if needed. Please note that Impact Baltimore has the right to cancel registrations if deposits are not received by the stated deadlines. If you need to increase or decrease the number of participants you registered, you must first contact the weekly coordinator in writing before your Final Count Deadline. After your Final Count Deadline, you are committed to pay the full balance of all registered spaces. You may only increase the number of participants if space is available.

Sites will be open for registration at any time as long as there is space available. We do not have a registration deadline.
- All deposits and payments are non-refundable. In order to assure the most affordable trip pricing, all payments need to be postmarked by the due date provided by the Weekly Coordinator.
Note: Please bring a book bag filled with school supplies such as pens, pencils, paper, binders, etc. These supplies will be distributed to needy families in the Baltimore area. An additional offering from your local church for tracts, Bibles, water, food and other giveaways would be a great help as well.
